University of Maryland Lecture Hall One Renovations

SP Arch Inc. was contracted to provide a conditions assessment that addressed the deteriorated interior conditions, lighting, life safety and ADA for the well used lecture hall. Our report addressed the areas of concern and recommendations included replacing the existing ceiling and finishes throughout the lecture hall, re-working the exits to address both life safety and ADA and improvements to the emergency lighting. Our team addressed the HVAC system upgrades, new energy efficient light fixtures and upgraded audio system. Deliverable items included our brief report, construction documents, specifications and cost estimates for the new work.
