Baltimore City Public Schools Building Assessments

SP Arch Inc. inspected and surveyed over fifty Baltimore City schools and provided conditions assessments of the architectural elements and safety issues for each school. Our role was team leader and we were responsible for the assembling of the survey materials, notifying structural and civil team members when their services were needed and uploading to and coordinating with Jacobs. Each assessment included material inspections, code, life cycle and life safety issues.
