Thurgood Marshall Elementary School (PS 103) Historic Structures Report

SP Arch Inc. with Point Heritage Development Consulting and a team of historic preservationist, worked the the Major’s Committee to research and identify the historic significance of PS103. The school has been renamed to honor Thurgood Marshall. We provided research documentation, photos and testimony from former students to support building’s significance.
