State Office Building Assessment

SP Arch Inc. inspected this fifteen story office building in Baltimore City and provided conditions assessments of the architectural elements and safety issues for each floor. Our role was architect to assess finishes, code compliance, life cycle and life safety issues. Our review included both interior and exterior conditions, public spaces and private offices as well as open space and garden areas.
