Druid Lake Finished Water Tanks

SP Arch Inc. is providing both architecture and landscape architecture design and construction period services as architect and landscape architect of record team member for this EPA decree project. With Whitman Requardt LLP, we began this project with a study of the existing conditions and the options for protection of the drinking water reservoir that would be acceptable to the EPA. Following the team’s report, multiple meetings with the community and discussions with Baltimore City Public Works, the tanks option was selected. We completed drawings for the restoration of the landscape, the historic stone and wrought iron fencing and running paths. In its third year of construction, the massive tanks are scheduled to be completed.
